A dealership under new ownership, the digital marketing challenges faced by Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet were specific to their website performance, lack of visibility in the search engines, lack of engagement with new and existing customers online, unmanaged review sites, and no way to creatively reach prospects for new and CPO vehicles as well as service in their geographic area.
Liqui-Site worked with Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet to define targeted search terms for every new vehicle class, and then optimized every page of their websites – www.mbnanuet.com and www.nanuet.mbsprinterdealer.com – including page titles, meta descriptions, alt and title tags for images, body copy and more. At the same time, we developed a Social Media Strategy for the dealership and got to work making the brand consistent across the web, and then we started engaging. Digital ads were created for retargeting purposes, as well as new customer acquisition (displayed to those that fit the brand’s ideal prospect profile, on a per vehicle class basis). We worked with key staff to develop responsive email campaigns that kept customers and prospects informed on dealer promotions, events, and community involvement.
